The Perils of Psychiatric Care

An investigation into a chain of psychiatric hospitals—ironically named Psychiatric Solutions, Inc.—uncovers negligent care that put patients at risk and, in some cases, even caused their deaths.

Psych Hospital Fined for Prescription Error
